Members

The most important part of every organization is its members! You guys are the heart and soul of blue bird. Without you the clan would perish so remember that you are an essential part of our survival and growth. I want us to grow together and become stronger as a group but I'll get to that a little later.
As I'm sure you've guessed, this page will be used to post our member list. As we grow I'll add a little more to the page but for now this is the format:

Welcome to Blue Bird!

I would like to personally thank those of you that have made the commitment of joining my clan. I truely appreciate you supporting me and my cause. Make yourself at home! I would first like you to become a member of the site by getting a wetpaint account. That way you'll be able to edit certain pages as they appear. This is your home! I'll do everything within my power to ensure that you feel that way.

Just like the site, I'd like you to register on xat. Becoming official will allow you to do more things on the site! I encourage you to come by the site whenever you log into N-A. I want us to become close to one another since we have to work together! As a bonus, I've placed this same chat box on

This is pretty self-explanitory. My playlist is one there but like I said, this is your home. You can search for something you want to listen to if you want. I tried to get the best songs from all of the major rock bands. Linkin Park, Three Days Grace, 30 Seconds to Mars, you know, guys like that. Enjoy!

Clan Events & History: What's Happening? What Happened?

I plan on having this clan run for a substantially long time. As time goes by I hope to have this page grow larger and larger. We'll be able to look at this page and keep track of our growth. A clan event would be something like our first meeting or war. After things are done and over with, those events become clan history. A clan event will be posted as a thread while clan history will be posted on the page itself. Be sure to stop by periodically so that you don't miss anything!

Rules and Requirements

Overview

Everyone knows that a civilization without a controled environment is certain to perish under the weight of its own faults. I won't allow that to happen to this clan so that is why I made a page dedicated to the rules and requirements of this clan. I'm not making rules so that I can abuse my power and boss you guys around. I'd rather you look at it as me trying to extend the life of the clan and its members. I need all the support and enforcement of my members to ensure that these rules are followed and the requirements are met.

Rules: Chat Box

1. I really don't mind if you guys curse but don't curse at each other. For example: I don't care if you guys say "that s*** was awesome!". But I do care if you guys say "you're a s***head!". This is discouraging language and I won't allow it in a clan where we support each other.

2. Friendly trash talking is completely o.k. in my book but just make sure that it stays friendly. If you're the type of person that gets offended easily then please don't initiate or promote trash talking. If you can't take the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

3. Remember that you guys are a representation of Blue Bird. We may sometimes be the host site for wars we may be in in the future. I ask that you be respectful to all of our guest and make the feel at home.

Requirements: Clan

1. Stay active! I want you guys coming here whenever you log on. We can't have members that are rarely on because if we are ever challenged to a war and you guys aren't here I'll have to forfeit and that'll damage our reputation on arena.

2. You must be atleast an Anbu to even qualify for the clan examination. Or at one point or another you had to have been an Anbu.

3. You must endure a Blue Bird examination either administered by me or an established examiner. The exam takes place in two parts:

Private Battle
An Exam based on your Battle

You have to pass atleast one of these to become a member.

4. Atleast have 10 characters unlocked. Ths will not only test your skill but your flexability as well. I don't level up until I get as many characters for my rank as I can.

5. Complaining is one thing that I won't have here. If things are moving slowly it's because one of you guys aren't doing your job. We have members that can be completely fine sitting idoly so there is no reason why anyone else should act differently. Things are to be done at a steady pace to ensure success. If this is going to be a problem for you then don't even bother auditioning.

THESE RULES & REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT PERMANENT!!!!!!

They will change and grow as we progress as a clan.

On Our Pathway to the Sky....

The road to our sky kingdom is rought with difficulties. We have to make sure that we stay on top of our game so that every challenge we face will be easily met and conquered. This room will be used specifically for that purpose. This is the room that should be the most visited on our site as well as having the most member activity. I need you guys to help me in anyway that you can. I don't have the expert advice on everything and some of you may know more then me about a certain subjuct. This is the place where you share your knowledge with the rest of your clan members.

What Should be on This Page?

This page is strickly for the use of posting strategy for other members to use. Things like teams, approaches, and mission advice should go here. We are going to help each other get stronger by giving each other our knowledge from the game. We have all experienced different things, we've all come up against very rare and powerful teams, and we've all got a story to tell. This is where you tell that story. Share the secret of how you took down that full drainer team or the one about how you beat a team with the Hokages and Sanin. These are experiences that will help us grow as a clan. I tell you guys all the time that it's more then having powerful players. You need to know what your opponent is capable of and know how to counter their capability. When posting your knowledge and tips for the game I ask that they be in thread form. I want to keep everything controlled and neat so please use the threads. Remember that we are paving our way to the sky. We need to build off of each others strengths and cover up our weaknesses...

What 'cha Watchin'?

This is where myself and some of our other mebers will post videos that we found enjoyable and wanted to share with the rest of you. I just ask that you guys post videos that are respectable. Remember, I really don't mind profanity but don't post like porn or anything. Make sure that you post your name as well as the name of the video after you post so that we know who to thank. Have fun!

gulp Assignments?

Yes, Assignments. You guys are really idol most of the time so I thought that it'd be a good idea to give you guys something to occupy yourselves. I won't make things unbearably difficult so that it'll turn you guys away from the idea, but I will give you something to work twards so that you're not so bored when you come on the site. I'm actually pretty excited about this since it's our clan's first type of ranking system ever. I hope you guys enjoy it and work hard to soar above your fellow clanmates!

How This Works

In a ranking system there are a series of levels that can be obtained by completing certain tasks. You should all be familiar with this since you all play on N-A. When you start off you are ofcourse at the bottom. Your job is to complete every task that I assign you so that you can "rank up" to your next level. The ranks are as follows:

Hatchling
Aimless
Blue Bird: Grunt
Blue Bird: Yerning
Blue Bird: In Flight (Moderator)
Grand Blue Bird: Soaring (Owner)

I know these sound pretty rediculous but I did the best I could. I am also putting each of you back at member status. When you accend in rank you will also gain a higher status on the chat box. When you complete all of your assignments tell me and I will give you your next set. Without any motivation we will never reach the sky. This will also serve as your training. Your assignments will be testing you on your skill as well as your ability to handle situations. I'm counting on you guys to push yourselves and each other to the top.
Oh, one more thing. You guys have to add your rank onto your name on the Chat Box. I know none of you want Chicklet next to your name so let that push you forward. Good Luck guys!

Why Blue Bird?

The sky is our goal. Humans cannot attain the sky by artificial means. We are forever grounded and we will never know what it's like to geniuonly fly. I chose the name of the clan to be Blue Bird because they are the ones that we aspire to be like. They soar above all who do not have the ability to ride the wind by their own means. Gentle and serine creatures, they have the most wonderful gift in the world: flight. Ofcourse it's impossible for us to actually become a blue bird but we can become every sense of the word. Not only will this clan soar high above all the others but we will be known as the most enlightened and well rounded clans in all of N-A history. There is more to a clan then just strength alone. We will be not only powerfull, but intellegent as well. We'll be capable of reading our opponents next move and able to gain experience from all of our encounters. By the end of our journey we will have done our name proud and everyone will revear the name, Blue Bird.
