Congradualations to every that stuck with us for this long! I really appreciate your dedication and perseverance.
Now onto bussiness
It's apparent to me that most of our members live in different time zones so it's more difficult for us to meet all at the same time. Si decided that in order for the Tourny to take place unsupervised it will have to be done on your own accord. I will post your opponents here and when you log on you will have to face them. This isn't based on ability. It's based on site activity. This is a knockout Tourny that will be done by in best 2 out of 3 system. You need to beat your opponent 2 times to advance to the next round and knock them out.
The winner of this tourny will skip one clan rank and will be Blue Birds first ever Captain. I wish you all the best of luck and I just want to remind you to fight with what's at stake in mind.

I would like to first start off by saying congradualations to those of you who have accended to the rank of Blue Bird Grunt. This will only get more difficult from here on out so be alert and prepared. Here are the assignments for Blue Bird Grunts:
1. Post atleast one useful tip in the training room.
2. Defeat atleast 3 of your different clanmates
3. Recruit atleast one person to join Blue Bird
4. Be here for atleast 3 days in a row
Make sure that after you complete ANY part of your assignments that you post it in a thread under your profile. They WILL NOT count unless they are there. I didn't really care before but now I'm gonna crack down on this.

A good team is obviuosly one that doesn't conflict when it comes to chakra. If you have a team of people who use strickly Genjutsu then you'll be banking on that one chakra. It's best to have a team with different chakra types so that you'll always be able to make a move. The last thing that you want is to be forced to go a turn without attacking. So remember, a diverse team is a strong team!

Hi,
This is Rob(Deidara)
If you are not to sure on a new team you have made, please feel free to ask me(If online) for a training match
this is were i will use a team that will test the skill of you and the team,
I will not be trying to win the match I will only be testing your teams skill so
if there is a assinment any think we do does NOT count to the assinment.
Or we can just Pb and train each other (does not caunt as assinment if win)

First I would like to start of by congradualating those of you that completed your first assignment. I know that it was unbearably easy but things get more difficult as you progress.
To accend from the level of Chicklet to Blue Bird: Flightless these are the assignments that you must complete:
1. Attend a Blue Bird Meeting
2. Defeat atleast 2 of your clanmates
3. Obtain a Profile on the Blue Bird Site
Once these assignments are complete please notify me and I will allow you to accend in rank as well as give you your next set of assignments. Whenever you complete any part of your mission please post it as a thread under YOUR Blue Bird profile. This ofcourse means that you'll have to obtain a profile before you begin any missions.

During the meeting it was agreed upon that there will be three new additions to the clan site. These addition include but are not limited to:

All of these were unanamously agreed upon by the members that attended. The second meeting with be held tommorow on the 26th of August. I will also post all of the new additions as well as a description of each addition tommorow after the meeting. Please be sure to attend so that you opinion is heard.
